Personal Injury And Medical Negligence

If you have been injured in an accident – whether at work, in the car or out and about, you may be entitled to compensation. If the accident was not your fault (i.e. if someone or something else was responsible) then you are potentially entitled to make a claim.

Personal injury doesn’t just mean physical accidents – it also refers to psychological injury and industrial disease. One well-known example of the latter is mesothelioma – a cancer caused by exposure to asbestos dust. Many mesothelioma sufferers have had successful personal injury claims.

Another type of personal injury is medical negligence. This refers to harm brought about because of poor or inadequate medical care, and can also lead to compensation.

If you think you are entitled to compensation, you will need to consult a specialist solicitor. They will be able to assess your claim, advise on whether you have a legitimate case, and ultimately handle your case to win you the maximum available compensation.
